Our Watchdog Maintenance Service plans are a new, real-time monitoring service that will let us know if your security camera server, NVR/DVR, or standalone cameras have stopped responding. Don't go hours, days, or even weeks without realizing your cameras aren't doing their job! With Watchdog, we will attempt to remotely fix the problem before contacting you, and if the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will contact you for further steps to resolve your issue.

Watchdog Basic

$9.99 / month

Real-time monitoring of your security camera(s), server, or NVR/DVR for downtime. One NVR or up to two standalone cameras per plan.
FREE on-site setup for Watchdog if needed.
FREE (1) hour monthly remote diagnostics and repair where available.
FREE inspection and cleaning of up to eight accessible outdoor cameras annually while subscribed.
PRIORITY troubleshooting and repair of non-working item(s), including on-site* when needed.
NEVER pay a trip fee while subscribed*. That's worth $30/trip!

Watchdog Premium

$19.99 / month

All the benefits of Watchdog Basic PLUS-

TWO FREE service call hours annually while subscribed. That's a $158 value minimum!
Unlimited remote diagnostics and repair where available.
We pay your RMA (return) fee for applicable returns up to $15.
Install the latest firmware and security updates on your cameras, NVR, and server/camera management software once annually.
Maintain an off-site copy of your camera, NVR, or server settings in case of failure. Updated annually.

*Subject to hourly rate for repairs, RMA (equipment return/replacement) and/or restocking fee if applicable.
