Liability Release

By signing our invoice, you agree you are the Owner and/or Legal Representative (“Owner”) for the dwelling where the work is being performed, and agree that the agreed upon work has been inspected by you and is completed to your satisfaction and understand any return trip will be billable to you.  

By signing our invoice you consent to advertising using limited company/first names and photographs of work completed by ETCA Services, LLC. No full names, addresses, faces, or any other information not readily available through public means will be used in advertising or promotion. If desired, ETCA Services will immediately remove any advertising using work completed as an example for promotion.

Owners who have had installed or maintained antennas or equipment are solely responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to: replacement, repair, maintenance, moving and/or removal of the antenna or equipment; repair and/or replacement of any property altered by the installation, maintenance and/or use of the antenna or equipment. All maintenance on antennas or equipment is the responsibility of the Owner. ETCA Services, LLC will not be liable for any repairs for any reason, including repairs needed due to the installation of the antenna or equipment. 

Owner releases ETCA Services, LLC from any present and future personal injury incurred by any persons due to installation of any equipment or wiring.  Owners are responsible for inspecting and maintaining installed equipment or wiring. 

By signing this invoice, you release ETCA Services, LLC from any present or future damages to your dwelling, equipment, and persons/animals within, including, but not limited to: lightning strikes (direct or indirect), static buildup, equipment failures, drilled holes, attachments, and electrical surges. Owner assumes any and all liability and responsibility for any and all damage to the dwelling, or any other common area property that may occur to the building, due to installation, use, maintenance or removal of any installed equipment or wiring including antennas and related equipment (cables, wiring, mounting fixtures, etc.), particularly roof surfaces, siding, or exterior dwelling substrate.
